Extreme Acai Berry Scam
Extreme Acai berry claims to be an Acai berry product distributors and sells their products online. Like other companies, they also promises people of great results if their products are bought and used regularly. So what makes them a scam?
1. False advertisements – If ever you tried to sign up for the free sample, their website says that it is free and you’ll only have to pay for the handling and the shipping fee. First thing is, that sample will not come to you until after 14 to 15 days and then they’ll charge you automatically the full amount of payment on your credit card. They’ll charge it without even asking any permission or at least ask you whether you wanted to continue or not.
2. No refund – If you try to order an Extreme Acai berry product and then change your mind because you already knew about their scams and tried to return the unopened product and cancel your transactions with them, what they’ll do is, they’re still going to send you another package. The new package that has been sent to you will be charged to your credit card for about 90 dollars. If you come to think of it, you were already been charged twice for the product that you canceled and returned. When this happens, calling them back is not an option, for all of their telephone lines will never be reached, not even whether they gave you a confirmation number or not. What you should do is, go to your bank or credit card company, and tell them what happened, then freeze your card for it to not lose any more money.
3. Ineffective product – The Extreme Acai berry supplement is not FDA approved. They claim that they have the right ingredients but they never have proven it to anybody yet. This product will never be effective because the extract that they’ve been putting in their products are not enough for it to be effective. Instead of getting benefits from this product, all you’ll ever get are harmful effects to your body. There are so many Acai berry scam products that are sold today and the Extreme Acai berry is one of them.
4. Name change – They first introduced their company as Extreme Acai berry but after all the scams and complaints that they’ve received from their customers, their website suddenly disappeared and made a new one with a different name. They now call themselves “Acai berry Exclusive”. They may have changed their names but they still practice the same scam deals that they were doing before.
5. Unauthorized charges – If you go and get their 14 day free trial, as usual they’ll tell you that you’ll only have to pay for the shipment at about 4 dollars only. Then, after several days you’ll find out that you were charged about 30 dollars of a different company name such as “Fit factory” which came out of nowhere. And it’ll not stop there, they’ll continuously charge you without even asking permission from you. If this happens, go to your bank as soon as possible for the resolution.
