Acai Berry Pure Scam
Acai berry pure, another fake Acai berry provider which made their name sound like the legit supplement provider “Pure Acai berry”. Again, like other scams, they’ve also used logos of different networks and news channel, claiming that they’re affiliated with them, which of course is not true. In their website, they promise people who’ll use this will experience burning of calories, boost of metabolism, enhance weight loss, reduce bloating and good for health. They’ve included putting everything nice about the Acai berry in their website with graphs and everything just for them to look legit too. But as you can see, there are no information about their company, location and telephone numbers on where you could complain. Well, if you see a site like this, it indicates one thing. It’s a scam. These are not just the reason why Acai berry pure is considered a scam. I’ve gathered some complains of their clients on how this company actually conned them.
1. This person is tricked by this company with luring them in their free trial –
“I also ordered Acai Pure online on a 14 free day trail at $5.95 shipping and handling. The next day they took me for $44.85. Three times all a minute apart.Got in touch with my bank immediately and cancelled card. Called toll free number no one answers. I have also filed charges for theft and fraud. I also disappointed with the Oprah thing as her face is advertising online with this product. CNNutra should be shut down immediately and why it isn’t shocks the hell out of me. So i have to ask myself who else is involved in on this scam that it hasn’t been shut down or investigated. GOOD ADVICE DON’T BUY ONLINE.”
——- Oprah isn’t endorsing this product, her pictures are just being used by this fake company for them to look more realistic to people, and this’ll help encourage people into being lured into their trap.
2. This person did not receive any product but still charged for it –
“In December ‘08 I ordered a free trail of ACAI Pure as endorsed by Oprah by paying $4.95 for shipping. My credit card was charged $4.95 but I never received the product. All efforts to contact the company failed. Then my credit card company called and said there was evidence of fraud on my card. The card was cancelled. On July 20, 2009 I had a call from a Raysayon Owens with the CCN Collection Dept. on my answering machine. When I called back (not a toll free number) he claimed that I had an outstanding balance of $39.95. They had tried to charge my cancelled credit card 3 times. I told him we did not receive the product and wanted my $4.95 back. He was suppose to e-mail me another copy of the invoice which I have not received.”
Again Oprah is just being used by this fake company. She has nothing to do with this scam. And the real Acai berry provider that Oprah is endorsing is “Pure Acai Berry” and not Acai Pure. These are 2 different companies. People are tricked by Acai Pure.
Here are some of the legitimate Acai berry providers that weI can recommend to you and is safe to deal with. These are, Pure Acai Berry, Sambazon Acai and Acai Berry Select (click link for Acai Berry Select review). These are the few that I know which can provide you an Acai berry supplement safely, without scamming anyone.
